RLWA Series Cartridges are designed for removal of water and particulates from petroleum products. Royal water absorbing protect equipment in systems where the presence of water is harmful or undesirable. These cartridges alert the operator to the need for cartridge change through a rapid rise in differential pressure as the cartridge becomes saturated with water.

RLWA elements are ideal for use in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and fuel systems. They can also be used in portable fluid conditioning equipment and filters. Elements are available in sizes to replace existing filter cartridges.

Royal Filter RA Series air elements are used in a variety of applications for removal of particulates from air. Cartridges are available for air intake systems on engines, compressors, blowers and turbines. Replacement cartridges for dust collectors are also included in the RA Series.

RA Elements are constructed of the finest quality components, including both phenolic resin pleated paper and synthetic medias. Both round and panel type elements are available. We offer replacements for many major manufacturers of air filters.

RAB Series Elements offer economical, high quality Beta rated filtration for applications where "Absolute" filters are required. Elements are available in cellulose, glass-cellulose and polypropylene medias with a variety of end configurations and sizes. The pleated design ensures high contaminant retention due to the large surface area. Elements are available in ratings from .5 to 30 microns.

These elements can be used in a variety of applications including well completion, well stimulation and work over, and water-flood applications. They can also be used for many other applications where efficiency is critical.

The Royal Filter RL Series element is designed for efficient removal of particulates from liquids or gases when nominal filtration is required. RL Series Elements are constructed of the finest quality materials. Media is phenolic resin impregnated paper, heat cured for strength and durability. Plated steel components, thermosetting PVC adhesives, and Buna N gaskets are standard on RL Series Elements. Center cores are spiral formed, electroplated steel to prevent cartridge collapse at high differential pressures. External outer bodies are perforated, tin plated steel. The RL Series offers quality and performance at an economical price.

We offer the RL-1AB Series Cartridge for high efficiency removal of particulates from liquid when a "Bete Rated" , high efficiency filter is required. These filter elements are constructed with a special glass-cellulose media. The high glass content of the media allows these filters to insure high flow rates and efficient filtration in water based fluids, chemicals or petroleum based fluids. The RL-1AB elements are ideal for product clean-up when extremely fine particles are present and nominal filtration is just not enough. Sizes are available to replace many existing nominal cartridges.

The RSL Series is designed for filtration of water, water based fluids, and a wide range of chemicals. These filter cartridges stand up to continuous use in water based fluids without the softening or deterioration common with many resin impregnated paper cartridges. These elements are made with an advanced synthetic polyester media, which allows high flow rates with low pressure drops as well as excellent temperature resistance.

RSL Elements are available in removal ratings from 5 to 40 microns. Sizes are available to replace many existing paper cartridges.

An assortment of filter media can be supplied with efficiencies from 0.3 to 200 micron retention, and temperatures ranging from -100 F to 1000 F . Materials used include our polyester felt, cotton, woven glass, matted glass, nomex, Teflon, polypropylene, and nylon. Other materials available include stainless steel, aluminum and monel.

Tech-Spun Filter Tubes are wound in a structure available in various highly tentacular fibers to selectively remove particles in graduated densities for optimal filtration from 100 to 1 microns. Progressive removal of particles from surface to core provides true depth filtration and a large contaminant holding capacity. The non-rupturing filter media are not subject to fracture or disturbance in shipping, handling or in-service pressure shocks. Filter tube sealing is positive. Tech-Spun Filter Tubes are supported by chemically resistant rigid metallic or non-metallic center cores.
