How and when does American Filtration ship your order? Once your order is received via e-mail, it will be processed immediately. We ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours, Mon-Fri. Out of stock items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please allow 5 working days for delivery in the Continental U.S. When is my credit card charged? Credit cards are charged at the time of shipping. We will notify you of any items on back-order. Back orders are not charged until the order is complete and shipped. Texas orders will be charged tax unless tax exempt certificate is supplied. Shipping on "made to order" sizes Please allow 10 working days for all special orders. Your credit card will not be charged until the order ships. Non-US Shipping Unfortunately at this time we do not sell to other than U.S. addresses. Please feel free to e-mail or call us with an inquiry. Express Shipping Express shipping is available but not recommended due to costs but please feel free to e-mail or call us for a rate inquiry. Whole case unused standard sizes may be returned at the customer’s expense. A credit will be issued to the credit card for all filters received in resale condition. Made to order / special sizes are not returnable.
We do not provide your information to any other company with the
exception of the filter manufacturer if your order is shipped direct
from the factory and then only name and address are supplied.
